中药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛的有效性分析

Efficacy Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Chronic Pelvic Pain Due to Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Sequela

目的探讨中药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛的有效性。方法选取我院2015年2月—2017年2月收治的120例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为三组,A组采取耳穴埋豆法治, B组采取自拟中药汤剂治疗,C组采取A+B组的治疗方案。于治疗结束后,评价三组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,C组McCormack评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论对于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛(气滞血瘀证)的患者,采取中药汤剂联合治疗,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain caused by pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Methods120patients with chronic pelvic pain who had pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae treated in our hospital from February2015to February2017were selected and divided into three groups according to the treatment plan.Group A was treated by embedding beans in ear points,group B was treated by self-made Chinese herbal decoction,and group C was treated by group A+B.After the treatment,the therapeutic effect of the three groups was evaluated.Results After treatment,the scores of McCormack and visual analogue scale(VAS)in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae with chronic pelvic pain(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),Chinese herbal decoction combined therapy has a significant effect and is worthy of further exploration and promotion in clinical practice.
