子宫肌瘤患者围术期应用需要层次论的效果

Analysis of the Effect of Hierarchy of Needs in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients With Uterine Fibroids

目的研究需要层次论用于子宫肌瘤患者围术期护理中的效果。方法选取我院2017年1—11月收治的100例子宫肌瘤患者,将其作为研究对象,采用数字随机表的方法,将100例患者分为两组:实验组与参照组,每组50例;参照组采用常规护理进行干预,实验组在常规护理后,将需要层次论运用其中。结果对比分析两组患者的护理效果,实验组患者较护理前有显著的效果,比参照组护理方法更具有优势,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将需要层次理论运用于子宫肌瘤围手术期患者护理中,在临床上取得了良好的护理效果。

Objective To study the effect of hierarchy of needs in perioperative nursing care of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods100cases of uterine myoma treated in our hospital from January to November2017were selected as the research object.Using the method of digital random table,100patients were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the reference group,50cases in each group;The control group was intervened by routine nursing,and the experimental group added hierarchy of needs after routine nursing.Results The nursing effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.The experimental group had significant effect compared with the pre-nursing group,and had more advantages than the reference group.There was significant difference in data comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the theory of hierarchy of needs to the nursing of patients in the perioperative period of hysteromyoma,which has achieved good nursing effect in clinical practice.
