品管圈在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗护理中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Nusing of Interventional Treatment of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的评价下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗护理中应用品管圈的价值,为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症护理工作的开展提供参考。方法选择我院2016年2月—2018年2月收治行介入治疗的50例动脉硬化闭塞症患者,根据护理方案不同完成对照组和观察组分组,即采取常规护理的对照组(n=25)、采取品管圈护理的观察组(n=25),对比两组下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者饮食知识掌握评分、护理知识掌握评分以及护理满意度。结果组间患者饮食知识掌握评分、护理知识掌握评分、护理满意度对比,观察组饮食知识掌握评分(90.02±2.10)分、护理知识掌握评分(90.05±2.05)分、护理工作满意度92%,均优于对照组的(80.05±3.10)分、(80.10±3.35)分、68%。采取品管圈护理的观察组均明显优于采取常规护理的对照组,P <0.05。结论下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗期间配合品管圈护理干预,提高了患者疾病治愈率以及治疗方案认知、健康教育效果以及护理人员能力。

Objective To evaluate the value of the application of the tube circle in the interventional treatment and nursing of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,and to provide reference for the nursing of arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities.Methods50cases of arteriosclerosis obliterans treated in our hospital from February2016to February2018were selected.According to the different nursing plans,According to different nursing schemes,the control group and observation group were divided into two groups:the control group(n=25)with routine nursing and the observation group(n=25)with quality control circle nursing.The scores of dietary knowledge mastery,nursing knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction of patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of dietary knowledge mastery,nursing knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.In the observation group,the scores of dietary knowledge mastery(90.02±2.10),nursing knowledge mastery(90.05±2.05)and nursing job satisfaction were92%.They were better than those in the control group(80.05±3.10),(80.10±3.35)and68%.The observation group with quality control circle nursing was significantly better than the control group with routine nursing,P<0.05.Conclusion The nursing intervention in the interventional therapy of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans improves the cure rate of the disease,the cognition of the treatment plan,the effect of health education and the ability of the nursing staff.
