骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术的护理

Nursing Care of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty for Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的分析接受经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者的护理要点。方法以60例接受经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者为例,采用抽签方式对患者随机分组,分成每组各30例的护理组(必要术后护理干预)和对照组(常规术后护理),比较护理效果和并发症发生情况。结果护理组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间少于对照组患者,且并发症发生率(3.3%)低于对照组的(10.0%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折手术治疗患者采用必要的术后护理干预,能够加快其恢复。

Objective To analyze the nursing points of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty.Methods60cases of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture treated by percutaneous kyphoplasty were taken as an example.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,including30cases in each group(necessary postoperative nursing intervention)and comparison group(routine postoperative nursing),and the nursing effect and complications were compared.Results The duration of operation,the amount of bleeding and the time of hospitalization in the nursing group were less than those in the comparison group,and the incidence of complications in the nursing group(3.3%)was lower than that of the comparison group(10.0%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The necessary postoperative nursing intervention for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures can accelerate their recovery.
