慢性乙肝患者护理干预效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

目的分析慢性乙肝患者的护理干预效果。方法分组观察我院在2017年1月—2018年3月治疗的78例慢性乙肝患者,每组39例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理,对比组间结果。结果护理后,观察组依从性优于对照组(97.4%vs. 74.4%),且生活质量评分高于对照组[(81.3±10.1)vs.(71.4±11.6)],差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理在慢性乙肝护理中的效果理想,能有效提高患者的依从性,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of78patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted between January2017and March2018were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.39patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care.Patients in the observation group were given quality care,and clinical care effects were compared between the two groups.Results Through nursing,the treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(97.4%vs.74.4%),and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group[(81.3±10.1)vs.(71.4±11.6)].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of clinical quality nursing intervention on chronic hepatitis B is good.It can significantly improve the patient's compliance and quality of life.
