CDUS联合CEUS在创伤性脾破裂患者中的应用价值

Application Value of CDUS Combined with CEUS in Patients with Traumatic Rupture of Spleen

目的:研究彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)联合超声造影(CEUS)在创伤性脾破裂患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年6月～2017年11月河南省荣军医院创伤性脾破裂患者81例作为研究对象,均行CDUS、CEUS检查,分析CDUS、CEUS诊断结果,对比CDUS、CEUS联合诊断与单独诊断的准确率及漏诊率。结果:CDUS、CEUS联合诊断与单独诊断准确率、漏诊率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合诊断脾破裂的准确率96.30%(78/81)高于单独诊断,漏诊率3.70%(3/81)低于单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CDUS联合CEUS能有效提高创伤性脾破裂患者诊断准确率,降低漏诊率,能为临床诊断及治疗方案的治疗提供重要参考依据。

Objective:To investigate the application value of the color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) combined with the contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in patients with traumatic rupture of spleen.Methods:A total of 81 cases of traumatic rupture of spleen in Henan Rongjun Hospital from June 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the subjects, and all the patients were examined by CDUS and CEUS. The diagnostic results of CDUS and CEUS were analyzed, and the accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of the combined diagnosis and separate diagnosis of CDUS and CEUS were compared.Results:The difference in the diagnostic accuracy and the missed diagnosis rate between the combined diagnosis and separate diagnosis of CDUS and CEUS was statistically significant(P<0.05). The accuracy rate of combined diagnosis of splenic rupture was 96.30%(78/81), higher than that of the single diagnosis, and the rate of missed diagnosis was 3.70%(3/81), lower than that of the single diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:CDUS combined with CEUS can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy and reduce the missed diagnosis rate in patients with traumatic rupture of spleen, which can provide important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
