TVCDS联合血清β-HCG水平检测对异位妊娠患者早期诊断准确率的影响

Effect of the Detection Levels of TVCDS Combined Serum β-HCG on the Accuracy of Early Diagnosis of Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDS)联合血清β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平检测对异位妊娠患者早期诊断准确率的影响。方法:选取我院异位妊娠患者56例做为研究组,另选同期正常宫内妊娠孕妇40例做为对照组,两组均行TVCDS及β-HCG水平检测,对比两组血清β-HCG水平,比较TVCDS及β-HCG水平检测单独与联合诊断敏感性、准确度。结果:研究组血清β-HCG水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TVCDS与血清β-HCG水平联合检测诊断敏感性94.64%(53/56)、准确率91.67%(88/96)较单独检测高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:异位妊娠患者血清β-HCG水平低于正常宫内妊娠水平,TVCDS联合血清β-HCG水平检测能显著提高异位妊娠患者早期诊断准确率,可为临床诊断异位妊娠提供重要参考依据,具有较高应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the detection levels of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TVCDS) combined serum serum β human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) on the accuracy of early diagnosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 56 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected as the study group, and another 40 cases of normal intrauterine pregnancy were selected as the control group. The levels of TVCDS and β-HCG were detected in all two groups. The levels of serum β-HCG in two groups were compared, and the sensitivity and accuracy of single and combined detection by TVCDS and β-HCG were compared.Results:The level of serum β-HCG of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity 94.64%(53/56) and accuracy rate 91.67%(88/96) in combination with detection levels of TVCDS and serum β-HCG were higher than those in separate tests. The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum beta -HCG in patients with ectopic pregnancy is lower than that in normal intrauterine pregnancy. The detection levels of TVCDS combined with serum β-HCG can significantly improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. It can provide important reference for clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, and it has high application value.
