MSCT联合HFUS对甲状腺肿瘤患者术前诊断符合率的影响

Effect of MSCT Combined with HFUS on Preoperative Diagnostic Coincidence Rate in Patients with Thyroid Tumor

目的:探4讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)联合高频超声(HFUS)对甲状腺肿瘤患者术前诊断符合率的影响。方法:选取2015年8月～2017年4月我院甲状腺肿瘤患者79例,均经术后病理确诊,术前均行MSCT、HFUS检测,统计对比MSCT联合HFUS诊断与病理结果符合率。结果:两者联合诊断甲状腺肿瘤患者诊断符合率96.20%(76/79)高于MSCT 82.28%(65/79)、HFUS 78.48%(62/79)单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MSCT联合HFUS用于甲状腺肿瘤临床诊断,可提高诊断符合率,有助于制定早期治疗方案,具有较高应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of multi slice spiral CT (MSCT) combined with high frequency ultrasound (HFUS) on preoperative diagnostic coincidence rate in patients with thyroid tumor.Methods:79 cases of thyroid tumor in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2017 were all diagnosed by postoperative pathology. MSCT and HFUS were detected before operation among them. Make statistical comparison of the coincidence rate between the diagnosis of MSCT combined with HFUS and pathological results.Results:The diagnostic coincidence rate of the combined diagnosis of thyroid tumor patients was 96.20%(76/79), higher than that of MSCT 82.28%(65/79) and HFUS 78.48%(62/79) single detection, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MSCT combined with HFUS in the diagnosis of thyroid tumor can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate. It's helpful for the early treatment plan, and it has high application value.
