摘要
目的:探讨模块式教育对老年骨质疏松症患者自我护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2017年12月我院收治的40例老年骨质疏松症患者为对照组,选取2018年1月至2018年6月我院收治的40例老年骨质疏松症患者为观察组。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采取模块式教育。对比两组自我护理能力及生活质量。结果:干预3个月后,观察组自护能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:模块式教育应用于老年骨质疏松症患者能够提高其自我护理能力及生活质量,促进疾病康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of modular education on self-care ability and quality of life in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods:40 elderly patients with osteoporosis from June 2017 to December 2017 were selected as control group, and 40 elderly patients with osteoporosis from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as observation group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group adopted modular education on the basis of routine nursing. The self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of intervention, the scores of self-care ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of modular education in elderly patients with osteoporosis can improve their self-care ability and quality of life, and promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
