丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松对特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿血小板恢复的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿采用丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗对其血小板恢复的影响。方法:选取2016年3月至2018年6月在我院就诊的特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿100例,根据随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组采用地塞米松治疗,实验组予丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗,对比两组临床相关指标及不良反应情况。结果:实验组出血控制时间、血小板上升时间、血小板恢复正常时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:特发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿采用丙种球蛋白联合地塞米松治疗效果显著,可有效缩短患儿血小板恢复时间,且安全性较好。 Objective:To investigate the effect of gamma globulin combined with dexamethasone on platelet recovery in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).Methods:100 ITP children in the hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table, with 50 cases in each group. Control group was given dexamethasone, while experimental group was treated with gamma globulin and dexamethasone. The clinical indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding control time, rising time of platelet, recovery time of platelet, hospital stays in experimental group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05); There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Gamma globulin combined with dexamethasone in treatment of children with ITP has significant curative effects, it can shorten platelet recovery time and have better safety.
