基质与生根剂对矿山复绿爬山虎扦插生根的影响

摘要 为获得爬山虎高效、快速扦插繁育技术,以2年生爬山虎枝条为材料进行扦插试验,研究基质、生根剂种类及浓度对其生根效果的影响。试验中采用河沙、泥炭土、泥炭土+珍珠岩=1∶1、泥炭土+蛭石=1∶1作为基质,质量浓度分别为50 mg/L、100 mg/L、200 mg/L的萘乙酸、吲哚乙酸作为生根剂。结果表明:50 mg/L萘乙酸处理的插穗在河沙、泥炭土+珍珠岩=1∶1中扦插,能够获得较好的生根效果。综合考虑到技术、经济等方面的因素,建议在实际工程中采用河沙+50 mg/L萘乙酸进行扦插。 In order to obtain the efficient and rapid cutting propagation technology of Parthenoissus Tricuspidata,2year old creeper branches of Parthenoissus Tricuspidata was used for cuttage test to study the effects of media,type and concentration of plant growth regulator on rooting effect.Four types of media:river sand,peat,peat+perlite(1∶1by volume),peat+vermiculite(1∶1by volume),two types of plant growth regulator:nappthylacetic acid(NAA),indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),and three concentrations:50,100,200mg/L.The result shows:treated by50mg/L NAA,and cuttings in river sand,peat+perlite(1∶1by volume)can obtain better rooting effect.Considering technical,economic and other factors,it is recommended to use river sand+50mg/L NAA for cutting in actual engineering.
