摘要
针对外部热流导致的油温变化可能对摩擦副润滑状态产生影响这一问题,设计并搭建外热源摩擦润滑可视化试验台,对润滑油施加热流,在采集温度数据的同时,利用可视化装置测量油膜厚度,并可完成油膜气穴形态拍摄。研究发现,转速、油温等都是影响油膜厚度及气穴形态的重要因素。当转速升高时,气穴形态从宽扁型向细长型转变,而外部热流的施加容易破坏气穴形态,使油膜趋于紊乱并难以辨认。
For the problem that the oil temperature change caused by external heat flow may affect the lubrication state of friction pair,an external heat source friction lubrication visualization test bench was designed and built.The heat flow was applied to the lubricating oil.The oil film thickness was measured with the visualization device and the cavitation morphology images of oil film were taken while collecting the temperature data.The study found that the speed and oil temperature were the important factors influencing the oil film thickness and cavitation morphology.When the rotation speed increased,the form of cavitation changed from a wide and flat shape to a narrow and long shape and the application of external heat flow can easily destroy the cavitation form and make the oil film disordered and difficult to recognize.
