孤岛运行的微电网一次调频备用容量配置方法 被引量:4

摘要 在传统的电网中,风电机组、光伏等分布式电源均是通过电力电子器件接入电网中,不参与频率调节,而孤岛运行的微电网由于缺少大电网支撑,频率稳定性相对较弱,预留一次调频备用容量显得尤其重要,因此提出了一种考虑孤岛运行的微电网一次调频备用容量配置方法。该方法通过研究微电网一次调频特性与备用容量成本之间的关系,建立了柴油发电机、双馈风力发电机组、光伏、储能等微电源的备用容量成本函数,同时以微电网一次调频备用容量成本最小为优化目标的模糊随机机会规划模型,运用遗传算法对目标函数进行优化求解,得到了在不同置信度下的风电机组减载百分比、储能备用容量、一次调频备用总成本以及各微电源的备用容量大小。最后,通过仿真验证了该模型和算法的有效性。 In traditional power grids,distributed generations such as wind turbines and photovoltaics are connected to the grid through power electronics,and do not participate in frequency regulation.However,due to the lack of large grid support and weak frequency stability of the microgrid running on isolated islands,it is especially vital to reserve the primary frequency regulation spare capacity for frequency modulation.Therefore,a method of primary frequency modulation reserve capacity configuration for microgrid considering isolated island operation is proposed.The method studies the relationship between the primary frequency regulation characteristics and the reserve capacity cost of the microgrid,and analyzes the reserve capacity cost function for diesel,DFIG,photovoltaic,energy storage and other micro-power supplies,and establishes the optimization of the micro-grid primary tuning reserve capacity with minimum cost.By using genetic algorithm to optimize the objective function,the load reduction percentage,storage reserve capacity,primary frequency backup total cost and reserve capacity of each micro power supply under different confidence levels are obtained.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by simulation.
