制备单分散微米ZrO_2空心球的方法研究

摘要 单分散微米二氧化锆空心球是以预先制备的聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸为模板球,以乙醇为溶剂,通过氨水气化水解氧氯化锆得到PSA/ZrO_2复合微球,后经高温煅烧制成。通过SEM分析可以看出,二氧化锆空心球具有优异的表面形貌和单分散性;通过XRD分析,二氧化锆空心球具有单斜晶相结构。并且通过FESEM、TGDSC、FTIR分析对制备样品的微观表面形貌、结构组成及分子结构进行深入分析。 The preformed(polystyrene-acrylic acid)(PSA)as template spheres which was mixed with zirconium oxychloride in ethanol under the ammonia steam treatment to obtain PSA/ZrO2 composite microspheres,The corresponding monodisperse micro-ZrO2 hollow spheres were obtained through calcinations.SEM images showed that the zirconia hollow spheres had excellent surface morphology and monodispersity.The XRD analysis indicated that the zirconia hollow spheres had a monoclinic crystalline structure.The microscopic surface morphology,structure composition and molecular structure of the prepared samples were further analyzed by FESEM,TG-DSC,and FTIR analysis.
