摘要
本文对装配仿真技术在家电产品工艺方案制定过程中的应用实施形式进行分析,研究将装配仿真工具用于产品工艺装配设计中的开展形式,通过与现有企业产品开发试制流程无缝对接,引入线体审查要素,确立了一套贯穿产品试制到批量生产全流程的基于线体的审查体系。该体系通过实际产品研发应用案例,证明了基于线体仿真审查体系应用成效显著,可有效增强方案阶段产品结构异常识别能力,提高工艺装配设计能力,缩短产品研发周期,降低研发成本。
This article analyzes the application implementation of assembly simulation technology in the process formulation of home appliances,and studies the implementation of assembly simulation tools in the process assembly design of products,and seamlessly connects with the existing enterprise product development and trial production process.In line with the elements of review,a set of review system based on the line body was established throughout the whole process of product trial production to mass production.The system is applied and validated through actual product development and application cases,which proves that the line simulation review system has achieved remarkable results,can effectively enhance the product structure anomaly recognition capability at the project stage,improve the process assembly design capability,shorten the product development cycle,and reduce research and development costs.
