电商平台下生鲜农产品城市物流配送问题研究

Study on Urban Logistics Distribution of Fresh Agricultural Products under E-commercial Platform

农村电子商务的发展,催生了农产品电商平台订单式消费模式的崛起。但是,一些从事生鲜农产品运营的电商企业,却被拉动供应链流程最后一公里的城市物流配送问题所困扰。这个问题不仅影响了农产品电商企业的经济效益,更制约着企业的可持续发展。通过对农产品电商企业大量的实际调研,文章对城市物流配送环节存在的诸多问题进行了归纳、整理和分析,并提出了解决这些问题的对策。

The development of rural e-commerce has promoted the rise of order-based consumption mode of agricultural ecommerce platform.However,some commercial enterprises engaged in fresh agricultural products operation are puzzled by the problem of urban logistics distribution,which drives the last mile of the supply chain process.These problems not only affect the economic benefits of agricultural e-commerce enterprises,but also restrict the sustainable development of enterprises.Through a large number of practical research on agricultural products e-commerce enterprises,this paper summarizes,collates and analyses many problems existing in urban logistics distribution links,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
