鼻内镜检查患者的肠道黏膜情况疼痛感受的评估与研究

目的:探讨鼻内镜检查患者在检查前、检查中、检查后的疼痛感受。方法:选择在2017年4月10日-2017年6月10日期间于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院耳鼻咽喉科内镜中心进行鼻内窥镜检查的300名患者,随机分成2组,1组予以棉片填塞收敛鼻黏膜,2组通过喷枪进行喷雾收敛鼻黏膜;成立护理小组,采用VAS量表评估患者疼痛感受,并予以护理及健康指导。结果:在检查前的收敛鼻黏膜过程中2组患者相比1组,表现较轻程度疼痛感;而在检查中与检查后疼痛比较中,2个研究组的患者无明显差异。结论:鼻内窥镜检查的患者更容易接受检查前通过喷雾收敛鼻黏膜;通过重视减少患者的疼痛感,不仅能提高患者对检查的配合度,也提高了医生的检查效率、缩短检查时间、提升患者对检查的满意度。

Objective:To evaluate the pain intensity of patients before,during and after the examination of nasal endoscope.METHODS:A total of 300 patients who underwent nasal endoscopy at the Endoscopy Center of the Ninth People’s Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from April 10,2017 to June 10,2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group was filled with cotton pad to astringe the nasal mucosa,and the other two groups were sprayed to astringe the nasal mucosa by a spray gun;a nursing team was set up to evaluate the pain perception of the patient using the VAS scale,and to provide care and health guidance.RESULTS:During the astringent nasal mucosa before the examination,the two groups showed a milder degree of pain compared with the 1 group.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the comparison between the examination and the post-intestation pain.Conclusion:Patients with nasal endoscopy are more likely to receive nasal agglutination by spraying before the examination.By paying attention to reducing the pain of the patient,not only can the patient’s compliance with the examination be improved,but also the examination efficiency of the doctor can be improved,the examination time can be shortened,Improve patient satisfaction with the exam.
