玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖对骨性膝关节炎的疗效及其对患者消化系统的影响

目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖对骨性膝关节炎的治疗效果及其对患者消化系统的影响。方法选取2016年6月-2017年6月我院骨科收治的骨性膝关节炎患者110例,采用随机数字表达法将其分为两组,对照组应用口服塞来昔布胶囊的治疗方法,研究组应用注射玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。结果研究组的各项评分指标明显优于对照组,且研究组患者出现消化系统不良反应几率明显低于对照组。结论玻璃酸钠联合氨基葡萄糖胶囊对骨性膝关节炎患者疼痛的缓解具有十分有效的作用,同时能够降低常规治疗对患者消化系统的影响,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine on osteoarthritis of knee.Methods A total of 110 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee in our department from June 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups by random digital expression.The control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsule.The study group was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine capsules.Results The scores of the study group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with glucosamine capsule has a very effective effect on the relief of pain in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.It is worthy of popularization and application.
