中医情志调护联合香佩疗法对冠心病心绞痛患者负性情绪及消化系统并发症影响

目的探讨和研究中医情志调护联合香佩疗法对减轻冠心病心绞痛患者负性情绪及降低患者出现消化道并发症的影响效果。方法选取我院从2016年11月至2017年11月80例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为试验组和常规组各40例。常规组按照常规护理措施护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上,增加中医情志调护联合香佩疗法,两组患者均根据Zung焦虑、抑郁评分量表,行问卷调查评分和跟踪了解,比较两组患者的负性情绪状况。结果试验组负性情绪的发生率及消化系统并发症发生率均低于常规组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过中医情志调护联合香佩疗法,能有效的预防冠心病心绞痛患者负性情绪状态的发生,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective to explore and study the effect of TCM emotional nursing combined with Xiang Pei therapy on reducing the negative emotion of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods from November 2016 to November 2017,80 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the experimental group and the routine group,40 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,the routine group was treated with conventional nursing,and the two groups of patients were evaluated by Zung anxiety and depression scale according to the scale of anxiety and depression scale,and the negative emotional state of the two groups was compared.Results the incidence of negative emotions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group.Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and fragrant Pepe therapy can effectively prevent the occurrence of negative emotional state in patients with angina pectoris,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
