个体化护理对提高小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量及胃肠功能的影响研究

目的:研究个体化护理对提高小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量及胃肠功能的影响。方法:根据随机数字表法将本院接收的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例分为两组,对照组、观察组分别采用非小针刀治疗(常规护理)、小针刀治疗(个体化护理),50例/组。将两组的胃肠功能、生活质量进行比对。结果:观察组腰椎间盘突出症患者的胃肠功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),且生活质量得分更高(P<0.05)。结论:个体化护理有助于采用小针刀治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者胃肠功能的恢复,可促进其生活质量的提高。

Objective:To study the effect of individualized nursing on improving the quality of life and gastrointestinal function of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with small needle knife.Methods:According to the random number table method,100 patients with lumbar disc herniation received by our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group and the observation group were treated with non-small needle knife(conventional care)and small needle knife treatment(individualized nursing).,50 cases/group.The indicators of the two groups were compared.RESULTS:The gastrointestinal function recovery and quality of life scores of the patients with lumbar disc herniation were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized nursing can help the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with small needle knife,which can promote the improvement of their quality of life.
