ERCP术后鼻胆管引流护理措施及对消化系统并发症的影响

目的:探讨ERCP术后鼻胆管引流护理措施及对患者消化系统并发症的影响。方法:选择我院2016年12月至2017年12月收治的ERCP术后鼻胆管引流患者89例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合性护理,对比两组心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度及消化系统并发症情况。结果:护理后两组SAS及SDS评分均明显低于护理前,且护理后观察组SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各维度生活质量评分显著较对照组高(P<0.05);两组护理满意度比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且两组患者出现的消化系统并发症主要为胰腺炎、胆管炎及肠梗阻,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对ERCP术后鼻胆管引流患者实施综合性护理措施效果显著,其可有效改善患者不良情绪,并提升其生活质量及护理满意度,值得在临床广泛推广应用。

Objective:To explore the nursing measures for and effects of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage after ERCP.Methods:89 patients who had been under endoscopic nasobiliary drainage biliary drainage after ERCP admitted to the Hospital between December 2016 and December 2017 were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group comprehensive nursing.The psychological status,quality of life and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing was applied,and the scores in the observation group were shown to be significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores on each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients under endoscopic nasobiliary drainage after ERCP,comprehensive nursing measures is with significant nursing effects,which can help improve their negative mood,their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Therefore,it is of significant value to be popularized in clinical applications.
