细节护理在手术室优质护理服务中的应用效果及对患者消化功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨分析细节护理在手术室优质护理服务中的应用效果及对患者消化功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月在我院进行手术治疗的102例患者进行随机分组,对照组为常规护理,观察组为细节护理,对比两组患者的护理效果及患者术后消化功能恢复情况。结果:观察组患者的舒适度、护理质量以及术后并发症的情况显著优于对照组,切观察组患者的首次进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便时间均明显短于对照组,差异性显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:细节护理应用在手术室优质护理服务中可提高患者的舒适度和护理人员的护理质量,减少术后并发症的发生,促进术后消化功能的恢复,有利于患者身体的好转。

objective:to explore the effect of analyzing the application of detail nursing in operation room quality nursing service.Methods:102 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly grouped,the control group was routine nursing,the observation group was detailed nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the comfort,nursing quality and postoperative complications of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The time of first eating,the recovery of the bowel sound and the time of defecation in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of detail nursing in the high quality nursing service of operating room can improve the comfort of the patients and the nursing quality of the nursing staff,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,promote the recovery of postoperative digestive function,and be beneficial to the improvement of the patient's body.
