机械制造系统碳排放特性与应用研究

The research on carbon emission characteristic and application of mechanical manufacture system

摘要 为对机械制造系统的碳排放予以降低,进行机械制造整个生命周期碳排放边界的界定,分析其碳排放特性,提出量化计算方法,通过在某企业机械制造资源制备阶段的应用,得到该企业机械制造过程中资源制备阶段的碳排放情况,以此为依据提出节能减排工作的实施建议。 In order to reduce the carbon emission of mechanical manufacture system,the paper makes a demarcation of carbon emission boundary in the whole machine manufacturing life cycle,and then analyzes its carbon emission characteristic,proposes its quantitative calculation method.By means of the application in an enterprise’s mechanical manufacture resource preparation stage,it gets the carbon emission situation,and then proposes the implementation proposals of energy conservation and emission reduction.
