摘要 针对医院静脉输液的现状,设计了一种基于DSP的高精度输液监控系统.该系统以TMS320F2812为的核心,通过RS485总线与PC机进行通信,用红外线光电对管采集输液滴速信号,用带有偏心轮的步进电机来控制输液滴速,运用模糊PID控制算法来实现滴速的精确控制.实验测试结果表明,该系统调控时间小、控制精度可以达到±1滴/分.具有很好的应用前景. Based on the current situation of hospital transfusion,a high precision transfusion monitoring systems is designed based on DSP,which takes TMS320F2812 microcontroller as control core,communicates with PC by RS485 bus,and automatically monitors the infusion process by way of infrared tube and stepper motor to control the liquid speed.Fuzzy PID control algorithm has realized accurate control of liquid drop speed.Finally,the designed system is tested,the results show that the system control precision can reach±drops/min,which has a good application prospect.
