摘要 当前,学前教育教师的培养面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战.在全面分析学前教育发展趋势和就业市场需求的基础上,汉江师范学院五年一贯制学前教育专业着眼于教育对象和学制的特点,突破传统积弊,以体现幼儿教师的师范性和专业性、知识体系的科学性和系统性、理论与实践的应用性和针对性为原则,坚持理论与技能并重、技术与人文情怀并行、综合素质与特长兼备,构建了一个趋于科学合理的课程体系,课程建设成效明显,走出了一条差异化发展的特色之路. At present,the cultivation of teachers for preschool education is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the development trend of preschool education and the demands of the job market,the Five-year Preschool Education Major in Hanjiang Normal University has focused on the characteristics of the education target and the academic system,through breaking the traditional disadvantages and embodying the normality,built a curriculum system that tends to be scientific and rational.The construction has achieved remarkable results and embarked on a road of differentiated development.
