摘要
为了研究"双一流"建设背景下一般学科与"高峰""高原"学科的资源建设思路与策略,文章采用专家访谈与网络交流方式对学科用户进行调研,获取并梳理不同学科用户的宏观和微观两个层面的资源需求。研究认为,基于"高峰""高原"学科资源全面保障建设目标,资源建设策略包括充分挖掘用户学科研究与科研管理需求、推动PDA模式拓展多元化采购、引入评估型资源等。
In order to study the resources construction ideas and strategies of the general disciplines and the top disciplines under the background of“Double First-class”construction,this paper investigates the disciplines users by the comprehensive interviews with experts and web-based exchanges to acquire the macro-and micro-level resource requirements under the“Double First-class”background.The research points out that the top disciplines and general disciplines should adopt different resource construction strategies,which can adopt strategies such as fully exploiting the needs of discipline research and research management,promote the PDA model to expand diversified procurement,and the introduction of subject assessment resources.
