摘要 文章以某大型风电齿轮箱生产企业涂装生产线为例进行了案例研究,运用工业代谢分析方法定量分析其物质代谢过程,结果表明,风电齿轮箱涂装生产线表面处理水耗高、对挥发性高的清洗剂及油性漆的过分依赖,是导致废物排放量大、末端处理处置难的症结所在;同时,大量"废物"不可循环利用而是直接进行废物集中处理,"废物"只是从水体或大气中转移进入土壤,这部分"资源"浪费严重。针对物质代谢系统的总体结构特征,提出了若干优化代谢过程和减少三废排放的对策建议。 The study analyzes the material metabolism process of the painting in Wind Power Gearbox Production with the industrial metabolism analysis based on a company.The results show that high water consumption,excessive dependence on highly volatile cleaners and paints in surface treatment of wind power gearbox painting production are the crux of large waste discharge and difficult end-treatment disposal.Meanwhile,a large number o“f waste”can not be recycled,and it directly centralizes waste treatment.And the“waste”is only transferred from water or atmosphere into the soil,which is a serious waste of“resources”.According to the overall structure characteristics of substance metabolism system,some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing metabolic process and reducing wastes discharge are put forward in this paper.
