Research on the construction of economic benefits index of Hunan science and technology reward

科学技术奖励是实施国家人才和创新战略的重要组成部分。科技奖励政策的贯彻落实,对于弘扬中华民族的创新精神,营造崇尚民族的创新文化氛围,加速科教兴国的战略步伐,将起着至关重要的作用。因此,更加合理、客观、公正地对科研成果进行评价,对于激励科研工作者,促进国家经济发展有着重要的意义。文章以湖南省为例,对科技奖励经济效益指标体系建设进行了研究。

Science and technology reward is an important part of implementing national talents and innovation strategies.The implementation of science and technology reward policy will play a significant role in promoting the innovative spirit of the Chinese nation,creating an innovative cultural atmosphere that advocates the nation,and developing the country through science and education strategically.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate scientific research results reasonably,objectively and fairly,and to promote scientific research workers and national economic development.Taking Hunan province as an example,this paper studies the construction of economic benefit index system of scientific and technological rewards.
