摘要
近年来,随着火电厂对燃料管理的重视,燃料管理智能化建设已成为火电企业增强竞争力的一个重要发展方向。文章主要结合国家电投四川中电福溪电力开发有限公司燃料智能管控系统升级改造项目进行探究。该项目主要通过图像文字识别技术、入厂煤车辆智能自助注册机、DCS与FCS融合控制理念设计等手段分别实现了汽车煤现场验收环节全流程车辆自动识别、汽车入厂煤计量智能化、电瓶车原煤样自动转运、入厂煤验收框架下所有子系统的集中式管理和远程操作。
In recent years,with the importance of fuel management in thermal power plants,the intelligent construction of fuel management has become an important development direction for thermal power enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.In this paper,combining with the national electric investing fuel intelligent control system upgrade project of Sichuan Zhongdian Fuxi Electric Power Development Co.,Ltd.,the project is mainly explored,which mainly realizes the automatic recognition of the whole process of the acceptance link of the automobile coal field by means of image character recognition technology,intelligent self-registration machine of the coal vehicle in the factory,DCS and FCS fusion control idea design and so on.Intelligent coal metering,automatic transferring of raw coal samples,centralized management and remote operation of all subsystems under the frame of acceptance of incoming coal are realized.
