一种汽车前大灯的装配控制系统

摘要 随着我国经济发展,人均收入不断提升,汽车行业的竞争越来越激烈,顾客对于车辆质量、外观、价格等方面的要求不断增加。汽车前大灯是汽车前部的关键零部件之一,车灯性能直接关系到行车安全,车体美观。特别是夜晚及阴雨天的行车过程中,车辆前大灯的质量与性能将对驾驶感受产生重要影响。基于此,文章提出了一种车辆前大灯的装配控制系统,该系统包含可编程控制器(Programma-ble Logic Controller,PLC)程序、机器人程序、视觉系统分析检测程序、伺服电缸控制程序、计算机数据存储和读写PLC程序,系统结构复杂,性能良好,同时重复利用了机器侧投资,为用户节约大量成本。 With the development of China’s economy and the increasing per capita income,the competition in the automobile industry is becoming more and more fierce.The customers’requirements for vehicle quality,appearance and price are constantly increasing.As the key components in the front of the car,the performance of headlights is directly related to driving safety and vehicle appearance.Especially in the process of driving at night or in rainy days,the quality and performance of headlights will have an important impact on driving experience.Based on that,this paper proposes an assembly control system for vehicle headlamps,which includes PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)program,robot program,visual system analysis and detection program,servo cylinder control program,computer data storage and PLC input/output program.The system has the complex structure and the suitable performance.At the same time,it reuses the machine side investment,saving a lot of costs for users.
