摘要
在200°C下对碳纳米管/环氧树脂(CNTs/EP)复合材料进行5 h的热处理,并采用激振实验台测试其动态压阻特性。结果表明,含5%碳纳米管的CNTs/EP复合材料经过老化后,形貌基本不受影响,但对1~10 kHz谐波激振力的灵敏度和抗外界信号干扰的能力提高了。适当的老化处理提升了CNTs/EP复合材料对动态特性的检测能力,避免后续老化问题对其测量过程产生的影响,可望应用于设备的原位动态特征检测中。
The carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin(CNTs/EP)composite was treated at200°C for5h,and its dynamic piezoresistive property was tested using an excitation test bench.The results showed that the morphology of the CNTs/EP composite containing5%carbon nanotubes was basically unaffected after aging,but its sensitivity to1-10kHz harmonic excitation and its resistance to external signal interference were improved.Appropriate aging treatment improves the ability of CNTs/EP composite to detect dynamic characteristics,and avoids the impact of subsequent aging problem on the measurement process,being expected to be applied to in-situ dynamic feature detection of equipment.
