摘要
核电站非能动空气导流板部件之一的导流装置呈多曲率椭圆形水滴状中空结构,其内腔不易被阳极氧化和电解着色。通过在导流装置腔体内增加仿形辅助阴极板,改变了内腔表面的电流密度分布,成功解决了问题。所制备的氧化膜厚度和颜色皆均匀,并具有较高的发射率。
The flow guide,a part of air baffle used in passive nuclear power plant,has a multi-curvature elliptical water-droplet-like hollow structure,and its internal surface is hard to be anodized and electrolytically colored.The problem was solved by putting a conformal auxiliary cathode plate into the cavity of the flow guide for improving the distribution of current density on the cavity surface.The oxide films obtained were uniform in thickness and color,and had relatively high emissivity.
