MRI在膝关节韧带损伤术前诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的观察MRI在膝关节韧带损伤术前诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2018年3月收治的疑似膝关节韧带损伤患者46例为研究对象,均接受术前MRI检查及关节镜检查。以关节镜检查结果为金标准,观察MRI诊断膝关节韧带损伤的灵敏度、特异度及准确度。结果 46例患者,经关节镜检查确诊40例为膝关节韧带损伤(完全撕裂及部分撕裂),6例膝关节韧带未损伤。共发现74处韧带损伤,其中外侧副韧带损伤13处,后交叉韧带损伤16处,内侧副韧带损伤12处,前交叉韧带损伤33处。46例患者,MRI检查出膝关节韧带损伤38例,膝关节韧带未损伤8例,共发现70处韧带损伤,其中外侧副韧带损伤、后交叉韧带损伤、内侧副韧带损伤、前交叉韧带损伤符合率分别为92. 31%、93. 75%、91. 67%、96. 97%。MRI诊断膝关节韧带损伤的灵敏度为92. 50%,特异度为83. 33%,准确度为91. 30%。结论 MRI检查膝关节韧带损伤具有较高的诊断灵敏度及诊断准确度,可为临床诊疗提供参考价值。
