重复外周磁刺激对脑卒中患者上肢痉挛和运动功能的即刻影响 被引量:14

Immediate Effects of Repetitive Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation on Upper Limb Spasticity and Motor Function for Stroke Patients

摘要 目的研究重复外周磁刺激对脑卒中患者上肢痉挛的即刻影响。方法 2018年5月至8月,脑卒中患者14例行单次重复外周磁刺激,刺激前后采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)、改良Tardieu量表(MTS)中的R1和R2、Fugl-Meyer评定量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)进行评定。结果刺激后,患者上肢FMA-UE评分有明显改善(t=-3.166, P<0.01)。肩内收肌、肩后伸肌群、肘屈曲肌群、肘伸展肌群、腕屈曲肌群MAS评分均有改善(P<0.05);MTS肩外展、肩前屈群、肘屈曲、肘伸展、腕伸展的R1均有改善(P<0.05),肩外展、肩前屈肌群的R2均有改善(P<0.05)。结论重复外周磁刺激对脑卒中患者上肢痉挛和运动功能有即刻影响。 Objective To investigate the immediate effects of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation(rPMS)on upper limb spas-ticity and motor function for stroke patients.Methods From May to October,2018,14 stroke patients accepted rPMS once.They were assessed with modified Ash-worth Scale(MAS)and modified Tardieu Scale(MTS)of Upper limb,and Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities(FMA-UE)before and after stimulation.Results The score of FMA-UE impoved(t=-3.166,P﹤0.01)after rPMS,as well as those of MAS of shoulder adduc-tors,shoulder extensors,elbow flexors,elbow extensors and wrist flexors(P﹤0.05),and R1 of shoulder adduc-tors,shoulder extensors,elbow flexors,elbow extensors and wrist flexors in MTS(P﹤0.05),R2 of shoulder ad-ductors and shoulder extensors(P﹤0.05).Conclusion rPMS may immediately effect spasticity and motor function on upper limbs in stroke patients.
