摘要
信息化教学创新的最终目标是达成规模化推广,实现深入、持续、传播、变革的过程,然而实践中面临着难以规模化、持续推进的难题。文章在阐明信息化教学创新内涵的基础上,呈现了技术支持学习创新的映射框架。文章结合对上海闵行区电子书包项目的分析,从技术应用于教学的纵向持续推进及横向应用深化过程分析信息化教学创新发展面临的困顿,并提出信息化教学创新项目需要规划"形成、推进、常态化"演进的组织设计、开展技术驱动走向应用驱动的环境设计、重构学习活动、以文化变革驱动创新等发展建议。
The ultimate goal of ICT-enabled teaching innovation is to achieve large-scale promotion,and realize its in-depth,sustainable,spreading and reforming process.However,it is difficult to sacle and sustain the innovation in practice.This study elaborated the connotation of ICT-enabled teaching innovation and presented its mapping framework.With the analysis of Minghang e-Schoolbag Program,we reflected its development plight from two dimensions:the vertical continuous promotion and horizontal deeper application.Moreover,in order to achieve the sustainable development of ICT-enabled teaching innovation,the programs need to project the“emerging,promoting and normalizing”organizational design,develop environment design from technology-driven to application-driven,reconstruct learning activity,and drive development through cultural change.
