中国甘薯及其加工品进出口贸易现状分析

Analysis on the status of import and export trade of sweetpotato and its processing products in China

中国甘薯产业比较优势突出,但出口比例不高.2017年我国甘薯(HS编码:071420)出口贸易量4.42万t,贸易额5 560.6万美元,分别占世界甘薯出口贸易总量的7.02%和10.58%.主要出口市场包括中国香港、越南、日本等国家和地区.近年来,中国甘薯出口贸易地位发生重大转变,主要出口品种由干甘薯转变为其他非种用鲜甘薯,平均出口单价逐步赶超世界平均水平.甘薯及其加工产品贸易顺差明显.当前,我国甘薯进出口贸易存在出口利润薄、贸易结构不合理、区位优势发挥不充分、加工产品品控难等问题.因此,应当积极开拓国际市场,发挥比较优势;推进产品提质增效,提高竞争力;加强甘薯新产品研发与技术创新,优化出口产品结构.

China s sweetpotato industry has a comparative advantage,but the export ratio is not high.In 2017,China s sweetpotato(HS:071420)exported 44 200 tons,with a trade volume of 55.606 million US dollars,accounting for 7.02%and 10.58%of the world s total sweetpotato export trade respectively,and the major export markets included Hong Kong of China,Vietnam,Japan etc.The sweetpotato export trade status of China has undergone a major change in recent years.The main export varieties have changed from dry sweetpotato to other non-species fresh sweetpotatoes.The average export price has gradually surpassed the world average.There is obvious trade surplus of sweetpotato and its processed products.At present,China s sweetpotato import and export trade still has problems such as thin export profits,unreasonable trade structure,inadequate location advantages,and difficult product quality control and so on.Therefore,we should improve product competitiveness,give play to comparative advantages,optimize the structure of export products by strengthening product quality and efficiency,explore the international market and research more on new sweetpotato products and technology.
