摘要
档案就业是连接档案学专业教育和毕业生未来职业发展的重要环节。本文以"图情招聘"微信公众号2017年度招聘信息为研究对象,对1025个招聘单位的档案岗位信息进行内容分析,对招聘信息发布时间、招聘岗位、数量、招聘单位类型、所在地区、招聘单位要求、招聘信息的关注度等进行统计分析,了解当前社会对档案学专业人才的需求状况并分析其特征,然后从求职者、培养单位和招聘单位等角度提出建议和对策,以期为档案学专业相关人群提供借鉴与参考。
Archival employment is an important link to connect archival science education and archival professional graduates in the future career development.This paper takes the recruitment information of WeChat Public accounts named“Tuqingzhaopin”in 2017 as the object of study,analyzes the contents of the information about archival position of 1025 recruitment agencies,and makes a statistical analysis of the release time of recruitment information、recruitment position、quantity、the type、location and requirements of the recruitment agencies、the attention of recruitment information and so on,to know the current social demands for archival science professionals and to analyze their characteristics,and then put forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of job candidates、archives education institutions and recruitment agencies in order to provide reference for archives professional related people.
