摘要
人才培养模式创新是当前高等教育改革的重点内容之一。金融管理人才双重协同培养模式是在经济管理学院与数学与统计学院内部协同的基础上,与地方金融系统实现外部协同的整体创新模式。这一模式跨学科整合优势资源,实现"校政企"合作,将内部协同与外部协同有机融合在一起,并运用人才培养质量测评模式保障了人才培养的成效。培养测评数据分析显示,人才培养结果成效显著。
Personnel training mode innovation is one of the key contents of current higher education reform.The innovation of dual cooperative training mode for financial management students is the overall innovation model with the local financial system on the basis of the internal cooperation between the school of economics and management and the school of digital integration.This model integrates the advantages of interdisciplinary resources,and makes the cooperation of“school government and enterprise”come true.So,the internal coordination and external synergy organically integrates,and ensures the effectiveness of talent training by using the model of quality evaluation of talent training.
