基于高校图书馆资源和服务的文化扶贫模式研究

Research on Cultural Poverty Alleviation Model Based on Resources and Services of the University Library

分析了高校图书馆的资源优势,调研了高校图书馆提供的服务内容,提出了文化扶贫承接对象:贫困地区、贫困人口、基层图书馆,并以承接对象关联构建了高校图书馆文化扶贫措施的模型。在此基础上从贫困人口、贫困地区、基层图书馆三个角度提出了高校图书馆具体的扶贫措施,最后从完善法规、改革管理制度、提高认识、建立长效机制等方面对扶贫措施发挥最大效用的保障条件进行了研究。

This paper analyses the resource advantage of the university library,investigates the service content of the university library,puts forward the object of cultural poverty alleviation:the poor population,the poor area,the local library,and constructs the model of university library's cultural poverty alleviation based on the object.On this basis,it puts forward specific poverty alleviation measures from three perspectives:poor people,poor areas and local libraries.Finally,it studies the guarantee condition of the most effective measure for poverty alleviation from the following aspect:improving laws and regulations,reforming management system,raising awareness and establishing long-term mechanism,and so on.
