“双一流高校”图书馆学科服务比较分析研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过网络调查"双一流高校"图书馆学科服务的发展现状,凝练出两点普遍性问题:思想认识不足,学科服务建设流于形式;学科服务建设水平低下,创新服务能力不够。同时结合Delphi方法对"双一流高校"图书馆学科服务做了评价比较分析研究,得到三点重要结论:图书馆认识程度直接决定了图书馆学科服务发展能力;高校经费投入及合理使用对图书馆学科服务发展水平具有重要影响;高校学科建设与图书馆学科服务水平没有必然的逻辑联系。在此基础上,对目前高校图书馆学科服务提出了3点发展建议:重视专业队伍建设、顶层制度及远景规划设计;加大学科服务平台建设力度,优化学科服务的内容创新;提高学科服务投入经费,确保合理使用资金。 Through the network investigation of the development of the subject service of the library of"two first-class universities",this paper draws up two common problems:lack of thought and knowledge,and the construction of subject service in form;the low level of service discipline construction and the insufficient of service innovation ability.Combined with the Delphi method of"double top universities"library subject service to do the evaluation of comparative analysis,obtained three important conclusions:the degree of ideological cognition directly determines the development ability of the library's subject service;(the input and rational use of university funds have an important influence on the development level of library subject services;no logical connection between the discipline construction of University and the level of Library's subject service.This paper puts forward three suggestions on the development of University Library Subject Service:pay attention to the construction of the professional team,the top-level system and planning design;strengthen the construction of discipline service platform,optimize the content innovation of discipline service;improve the subject service of the investment funds,to ensure the rational use of funds.
