摘要
人才培养模式改革是高职教育永恒的主题。不论使用什么模式,都会存在局限性,即对一部分学生适用,而对另一部分学生不适用。这就要求高职学校必须建立个性化的人才培养机制。在此从个性化培养的平台建设、机制建设、保障措施建设三个方面进行了论述,对高职学校人才培养模式改革具有一定的参考作用。
The reform of talent training mode is the eternal theme of higher vocational education.No matter what mode is used,there are limitations,that is,it is applicable to some students but not applicable to others.This requires higher vocational colleges to establish a personalized talent training mechanism.The paper discusses the three aspects including platform construction,mechanism construction and guarantee measure construction,and has a certain reference function for the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
