社区终身教育体系建设与比较研究——以营口市为例

The Construction and Comparative Study of Community Lifelong Education System

社区教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,已经成为社区受众群体实现终身教育的一种有效方式。以营口市社区教育开展情况为例,通过开展社区教育问卷调查、数据汇总与分析,摸清目前我国社区终身教育体系建设发展现状,梳理社区终身教育体系构建中存在的问题,比较并借鉴发达国家社区教育的先进经验、做法,提出我国社区终身教育体系构建的功能定位、建设思路、目标和方法等,进而提出社区教育终身体系构建中可操作性的建议。

As one of the important components of China's education system,community education has become an effective way to realize lifelong education for the community groups.Taking the development of community education in Yingkou City as an example,through conducting the questionnaire and survey,data collection and analysis of community education,this paper makes clear the current situation of the development of community lifelong education system in China and summarizes the problems existing in the construction of community lifelong education system.It learns from the advanced experience of community education in developed countries,and proposes the function positioning,construction ideas,goals and methods of constructing the lifelong education system,and further comes up with feasible suggestions for the construction of lifelong education.
