高职学生就业能力与核心价值观一致性的思考

Reflections on the Consistency of College Students' Entrepreneurship Ability and Core Values

通过分析当前高职大学生在就业创业等方面的背景因素、社会主义核心价值观在践行中的问题、社会主义核心价值观对高职大学生就业素质提升的影响因素,以及高职大学生就业创业能力上存在的不足等方面问题,找到社会主义核心价值观与高职大学生思想政治素质的契合点,提出了大学生就业能力与社会主义核心价值观一致性培育的几点思考,不断完善大学生的人格品质,以增强学生适应社会的综合能力。

Through analyzing the background factors in employment and entrepreneurship,problems in the practice of core socialist values,the influencing factors of socialist core values on the improvement of employment qualities of college students,and the deficiency of employment and entrepreneurship ability,it finds out the conjunction point of core socialist values and ideological and political qualities,proposes some ideas on the consistent cultivation,and constantly perfects the morality of college students so as to enhance the comprehensive ability to adapt to society.
