基于工程理念PLC课程进行改革探索

An Exploration on the Teaching Reform of PLC Course Based on Engineering Concept

为了提高学生工程实践能力,满足企业实际生产的需求与"工业2025计划"需求,突出高职教育实践性特点,针对PLC课程的性质及其传统授课方式的缺点,提出一种基于工程理念PLC课程的建设思路。以盘锦职业技术学院—西门子数字化工厂联合实训室为依托,探索了适合工程理念的教学实施方法。实践证明,基于工程理念的教学模式有利于高职人才培养目标的实现。

In view of the nature of PLC course and the shortcomings of its traditional teaching methods,in order to improve students’engineering practice ability,meet the actual production needs of enterprises and the"Industrial2025Plan"demand,and highlight the practical characteristics of higher vocational education,it proposes a construction idea of PLC course based on engineering concept.Relying on the joint training room of Panjin Vocational Technical College-Siemens Digital Factory,it explores the teaching implementation method suitable for engineering concept.The practice proves that the teaching mode based on engineering concept is conducive to realizing the training goal of higher vocational talents.
