摘要
随着时代的发展,传统高职教师角色定位存在诸多误区,已不能适应高职教育的发展需要。新时代,高职教师应担当好思想品德的引路者、知识技能的传授者、有效教学的促进者、二课活动的参与者、职业发展的指导者、心理困惑的疏导者、应用研究的实践者、行业企业的联系者等多种职业角色。
With the development of the times,the traditional role of teachers can no longer meet the development needs of higher vocational education.It is proposed that teachers in higher vocational colleges should act as multiple professional roles including the guides of morality,the initiators of knowledge and skills,the promoters of effective teaching,the participants of the second classroom activities,the mentors of career development,the guiders of psychological confusion,the practitioners of applied research,and the contacts of industry enterprises.
