众创时代高职院校创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Era of Mass Entrepreneurship

高职院校作为培养创新创业人才的重要阵地,需要不断摸索改进适合当下需求的人才培养模式。通过对高职院校创新创业人才培养模式现状以及存在的问题的分析,提出正确认识创新创业内涵、加快相关课程开发、完善实践教学体系、打造良好校园氛围等若干建议,旨在提高高职院校学生创新创业人才素质。

As an important position for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,higher vocational colleges need to constantly explore and improve to meet the current demand for personnel training mode.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as correctly understanding the connotation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,speeding up the development of relevant courses,perfecting the practical teaching system,and creating a good campus atoosphere,so as to improve the qualities of innovative and en加preneurial talents in higher vocational colleges.
