高职测绘类学生就业核心竞争力培养路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of the Employment Core Competitiveness of Surveying and Mapping Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着供需结构性矛盾的逐步显现,当前大学生就业难现象已成为社会热点问题之一。基于新形势下产教融合新背景,针对高职测绘类学生在就业时存在实践能力与用人单位的要求不匹配、专业知识技能不强、对所学专业认识不清等问题,从学生角度出发,以就业为导向,提炼高职测绘类学生的就业核心竞争力指标,并研究就业核心竞争力的培养路径。

With the gradual increasing of the structural contradiction between supply and demand,the difficult employment of college students has become one of the hot issues in modem society.Based on the new background of the integration of production and education under the new situation,in view of some problems in the employment of students majoring in surveying and mapping in higher vocational colleges:the practical ability is not matched with the requirements of the employing units,the professional skills are not enough,and the knowledge of the major is not clear.From the perspective of students,taking employment as orientation,this paper refines the index of employment core competitiveness of the students,and studies the cultivation path of the employment core competitiveness.
