基于创业服务需求的专业人才培养研究——以上海科学技术职业学院工商企业管理专业为例

Research on the Cultivation of Professional Talents Based on the Needs of Entrepreneurial Services

分析了高职院校开设工商企业管理专业(创业管理方向)的重要意义,指出高职开设创业管理方向是满足创业服务业对人才多样化需求的必然要求。以上海科学技术职业学院为例,阐述了高职工商企业管理专业(创业管理方向)人才培养目标,构建了与创业服务岗位要求对接的模块化课程体系。

This paper analyzes the importance of setting up business adminis仕ation specialty(entrepreneurship management direction)in higher vocational colleges,and points out that it is to meet the inevitable demand for diversified talents in entrepreneurial service industry.With an example of Shanghai Vocational College of Science&Technology,it elaborates the talent training goal of higher vocational business administration(entrepreneurial management direction),and constructs modularized course system connecting with the requirements for entrepreneurial service positions.
