摘要
以腐殖土型低品位红土镍矿为研究对象,采用神雾蓄热式转底炉煤基直接还原技术进行小时处理量为吨级规模的半工业试验研究。结果表明,以Ni1.56%的红土镍矿为研究对象,在还原温度为1 350℃最佳条件下得到的镍铁块产品的镍品位为5.6%,镍回收率89.2%。通过能耗分析可知,与RKEF相比,转底炉工艺能耗降低了16.64%,成本降低了10.88%,是一项低成本的清洁冶炼工艺。
The coal-based direct reduction technology of regenerative rotary hearth furnace was studied in pilot scale with low-grade laterite nickel ore as raw material.The results indicate that the nickel grade and recovery rate of the refined nickel-iron powder are5.6%and 89.20%respectively under the reduction temperature of 1 350℃.Compared with RKEF,energy consumption is reduced by 16.64%and the cost is reduced by 10.88%.The process of treating laterite nickel ore by rotary hearth furnace is a low-cost clean smelting process.
