摘要
为了降低NO_x排放,在600 MW锅炉上进行了燃烧调整试验。通过改变氧量、一次风速、二次风配风方式、磨煤机运行组合方式等,研究不同运行参数变化对NO_x排放浓度和锅炉效率的影响。试验表明:随着氧量的减少,NO_x排放浓度降低;束腰型配风方式NO_x排放浓度低于均等配风,锅炉效率基本不变;磨煤机运行组合方式对NO_x排放浓度和锅炉效率的影响相反。
In order to reduce NOx emission,combustion adjustment experiment is carried out an 600 MW boiler.By changing the oxygen content,velocity of primary air,distribution of secondary air and operation combination of mills,the influences of different operation parameters on NOx emission and boiler efficiency are studied.The results indicate that NOx emission decreases with reduction of oxygen content and the NOx emission of constricted air distribution mode is lower than that of uniform mode,but the boiler efficiency is essentially unchanged.Besides,operation combination of mills have opposite effect on NOx emission and boiler efficiency.
